Personal History

I've always been involved in sports. I have always believed that in order for me to be at the top of my game, I had to be physically fit. I never believed that I had natural, God-given athletic talent but I was blessed with God-given discipline, determination, dedication and perseverance. I was an average athlete who worked harder than most to become an above-average athlete. Hence, my motto: "I'm the guy who makes champions out of ordinary people." I figured if I was capable, as an ordinary man, of achieving my fitness goals I could train and motivate other ("ordinary") people to achieve theirs. I teach the "strong body, strong mind" concept, which helps to develop mental toughness that enables you to overcome all obstacles. Training people to become champions goes well beyond the physical. Being a champion is training to be the best that you can be -- physically, mentally, socially. It's being the best you can be with your family, friends and your career.

My Champion Rebounding videos actually came about because of two knee surgeries. It was difficult for me to run on a hard surface. So for part of my rehabilitation, my doctor had me do some balancing and walking on a mini-trampoline. A year later I worked at a fitness convention and saw a rebound exercise demonstration. I was intrigued and began doing research on this type of exercise as well as investigated the medical benefits. I decided to design my own program that would be challenging, it would help adults and children to reach their fitness goals and would be Fun at the same time.
